Tubular Piles are tubular pipes used for piling purposes, which are also called steel piles, piping tubes, or tubular piling. The pipes can be ERW/HFW, LSAW and SSAW . The production standard is as per EN10219 , ASTMA252 or API 5L ect . 

1) Ocean Piling Pipe ASTMA252

ASTM/ASME A252/SA252 Steel Piling pipe is a structural pipe ideally suited for application in buildings , retaining walls, and other structures needing solid, dependably, quality made steel piling pipe as its structure . ASTM specification A252 describes norminal (average) wall steel pipe piles of cylindrical shape and applies to pipe piles in which the steel cylinder acts as a permanent load-carrying memeber or as a shell to form case-in-place concrete piles

2) C9 CONNECTORS

Tubular piles are normally large diameter piles because bigger bending moment are required in lots of cases. Tubular piling are available in numerous European and US steel grades and can be coated on request and are provided with C9 connectors. Steel piles are the main retaining elements of the combined wall , carrying horizontal loads from soil and water pressures and vertical foundation loads. The interediary Z-type sheet piles transfer horizontal loads to the tubular piles .

3) Harbour Piles

Largely due to the growth in the world population and the consequent increase in global trade , there is growing demand for harbour construction whether this involves building new harbours or existing ports that need to optimise or expand their capacity. Harbour piles widely used for harbous constructions.

4) Bridge Piles .

The most common type of deep foundation for modern bridge construction is piling . Pipe used for bridge construction mostly as steel pipe pile . The most common of which is SSAW pipe piles.

5) Marine Piles

Marine Piling pipe are mostly carried out in construction of various marine structures like jetties, harbours, ports , wharfs and bridates on river / sea that are away from land marine piling pipe is a kind of large diameter and heavy wall thickness pipe . It can be used for marine pile , bridge pipe .

6)EN10219 Steel Pipe Piles

European Piling EN10219 steel pipe piles are designed to transfer structural loads through the foundation to soils below . Pipe piles are most efficient as friction piles . Pipe piles have substantial surface area that interacts with the surrounding soil to provide great frictional load resistance . Pipe piles are also used in conjunction with sheet piles to add lateral stiffness and bending resistance where loads exceed the capacity of sheet piles alone .

7)COATINGS FOR PILES
